These Bagging Dispense Trolleys were all manufactured in-house using an aluminium extrusion frame.
The Background & Challenge
The challenge was to make a dispensing trolley using an aluminium extrusion frame integrated with stainless steel rods and a tray suitable for a clean room environment.
Our Response
We ensured that the extrusion was cut and assembled to spec, and the joints had to remain tight for sealant to prevent ingress of dust or other contaminants

Using our laser welding system, we were able to work with our client to achieve the end result.
The Challenge
Due to their use in a cleanroom environment, it was essential that the finish on these parts was immaculate, and there could be no imperfections in the welding.
Our Response
After ensuring that the parts were folded to specification, we used our laser welding system to ensure a seamless weld where required. This was followed by a thorough polishing & cleaning process for the best surface finish.

For this project it was essential that we met the fire ventilation requirements while also keeping out water and debris such as leave
The Challenge
Working closely with the Architect, our design teamwas to work on creating a solution. As this is located next to a luxury apartment block, the final aesthetic was also important to consider.
Our Response
To tackle water ingress, we incorporated a hidden drainage system into the design. The glass and stainless steel structure was made strong enough to support a person to ensure maximum safety, fitted with the Architect’s vision.

For this project, Welditz was able to collaborate with all clients involved to achieve a desired result.
The Challenge
To provide a solution to satisfy the artist, Museum Trust, the architect team, the construction company, Structural Engineer, and meet thermal and weathering building requirements. Throughout the design process we had to keep the installation process in mind as it consisted of 36 individual wall panels manufactured at Welditz, and then fitted on site in Derry. Each panel weighed 350 kg and was to include an adjustable cladding system which included the thermal insulation.
Our Response
Throughout the design process we had to keep the installation process in mind as it consisted of 36 individual wall panels manufactured at Welditz, and then fitted on site in Derry. Bespoke designing and one to one sharing of Drawings and 3D models with customers. The fixing brackets had to be placed with a high level of precision to ensure the correct alignment of the panels. Custom built Automation Frames for Pharmaceutical industry for mounting process equipment
Built to customer specifications
Currently the largest frame we built wasw 5.2*2.3*1.4 m but we have capacity to build, much larger as well as smaller frames.
Custom jigs and procedures to ensure high accuracy
Manufactured from 80x80 tube laser cut Stainless Steel
