Finishes of the highest standard
Using a cutting edge Timesavers surface finisher, we provide deburring, edge rounding and grain polishing to a pharmaceutical industry standard. For smaller part edge rounding, we also have a vibratory tumbler.
We have our own modern paint booth, where we carry out all of our painting and spraying to finish jobs.
We can provide other finishing services through other local companies that we have worked closely over many years:
Galvanising: provides a highly effective, long-term corrosion resistance for mild steel and is the preferred treatment for exterior steelwork and fabrications.
Powder-coating: applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. It is used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
